  • Before work begins, all clients are required to sign a Work Agreement. This contract outlines the scope of work, expectations, and project details so that both parties are on the same page from the start.

  • We understand that ideas may evolve during a renovation. Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented through a Change Order form. This helps us adjust the plan, timeline, and cost as needed while keeping an organized workflow.

  • Once the remodel is complete, clients will be able to provide a final review of the finished project and confirm all work has been completed as agreed to.
